1901 Coppersmiths department opened.
1948 ‘U’ tube battery and ‘RYCO’ brand introduced
1969 Research and Development department opened.
1971 United Builders Merchants buy Rycroft Holdings Ltd.
1976 UBM transfer Rycroft to Imperial Chemical Industries.
1978 Imperial Metal Industries replace ICI.
1982 Move to present site at Duncombe Road.
1998 Newmond acquire IMI Water Heating.
1999 1 Million Pound Site Investment.
2000 Newmond merger with Baxi.
